Objection #1 · Price
Yes, coaching can be — $150–300 a session, often bundled into a 3–6 month commitment up front. That's roughly what a single weekend away in Atlanta costs, except the weekend is over by Sunday and the program is just getting started.
The audit is free because the real question isn't whether you can afford a coach, it's whether you understand what's actually happening well enough to know what kind of help you need. Most people paying thousands for coaching don't, yet. The audit is the part most coaches skip.
Objection #2 · Time
You don't. You have a job, a family, a body that needs maintenance, maybe a prayer life that's gotten thin. The audit takes fifteen minutes — that is the whole ask right now. Nothing else happens until you decide it should.
I'm not interested in adding to your stack. I'm interested in giving you one honest read of where you are so you can stop wasting time on frameworks that don't fit your actual life.
Objection #3 · Fit
Probably you if you're a Black woman 25–45 carrying something — a job you tolerate, a pattern that keeps repeating, a quiet conviction you were made for more. Less you if you're looking for a motivational poster, a wellness retreat, or a Bible study that doesn't ask hard questions.
The audit itself is a quick filter — if the questions don't land, the work won't, and I'd rather you know that before you book. Ten minutes in, you'll know whether this fits or doesn't.
Objection #4 · Faith
Faith-forward, not churchy. I'm a Christian and I work from a Christian framework — that means I take seriously the belief that there's something underneath your stuck-ness worth listening to, and I say so out loud.
If you pray, you'll hear it clearly. If you left the church, you probably will too — because this isn't about a denomination or a performance, it's about a posture. And if a Christian framework isn't yours at all, the secular coaching world has plenty to offer and I won't be offended if you go find it.
Objection #5 · Commitment
Not yet. The audit is the entry. After you finish it you'll have a fifteen-minute read of where you actually are — and some people stop right there, which is a complete use of the tool.
If you want more, the next step is a single discovery call. Nothing longer happens until you've decided, with eyes open, that you want it to. I'm not going to sell you a "transformation journey" up front — you don't sign anything until you know what's actually going on.
